Instructions

Time Saver:

In a pot, add 3 ½ cups of water or low sodium stock and bring to a boil. Add rice mixture to pot and cover with a lid. Reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally for 25 min or until rice is Al Dente. Remove pot from burner and serve.

Optional: Add 2 tbsp of butter and ¾ cup of pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano

Next Level:

Place a large sauté pan on a burner at medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil. Add package contents to the pan to toast for 5 min. Add 1 cup of water or low sodium stock to the pan and stir. Once the liquid has reduced add 2 more cups. Cover pan with lid and reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally for 25 min or until rice is Al Dente. Remove lid and add ½ a cup of chosen liquid, 2 tbsp of butter and ¾ cup of pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano, stirring occasionally for 5 min or until creamy and fully incorporated. Remove from the stove and serve.
